Arrive early when it’s still light and meet several live forest creatures. Last year’s animals included a fox, flying squirrels, and a porcupine. Come after dark and learn how they adapt to their environment. Guides will lead small groups of all ages on the trails to meet the forest folk. Designed to be entertaining and educational- not scary. Tours take 1.5 hours.
Enjoy refreshments and crafts around the campfire. No strollers please. Children must be accompanied by an adult. In case of inclement weather, the program will be held under cover, but dress for the weather. Space is limited and pre-registration is highly recommended; walk-ins will be accepted as space allows but cannot be guaranteed a tour. Children under two are free.
