Join experts from the acclaimed organization, Dinosaurs Rock experts for an ADULT ONLY EVENT. Explore the fascinating world of fossils and minerals. View an expansive museum-quality exhibit of real fossils, fossil replicas and genuine minerals.
Participants will launch into fun-filled activities and take home a giant collection of real fossils and minerals.
· Gemstone mine for genuine rubies, emeralds, sapphire, aquamarine, garnet, amethyst, citrine, and more.
· Break your own crystal filled geode.
· Create either a fossil shark tooth necklace or a beautiful crystal pendant at a jewelry-making station.
· Polish genuine (rough) amber to search for plant/insect inclusion) - just like in Jurassic Park.
· Excavate real trilobites out of 500 million year old Utah shale. Find 1/2 billion year old fossil trilobite.
Enjoy and make-your-own Dino s’mores and wash it down with delicious, refreshing craft beer from local NJ brewery, The Alementary.
Once refreshed participants will take part in team games!
