Cancelled: Sensory-Friendly Exploration

Make memories as we come together for a fun-filled, sensory-friendly, exploration session in the great outdoors. Sensory-friendly exploration is designed especially for individuals with autism spectrum disorders, sensory sensitivities, or other disabilities. Each class will be focused on a different aspect of the natural world, encouraging exploration for the child, siblings, and guardians. Through hands-on interactions with artifacts, small hikes, and making friends with animals we welcome families to learn, support and inspire one another.

Program is intended for families with sensory sensitive children of all ages. In case of inclement weather, the program will be cancelled. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Weather appropriate clothing recommended. Pre-registration is recommended.
