Are you a fledgling survivalist? Do you want to keep you cool in a backcountry scenario? Join wilderness guide Thomas Schuchaskie, as he instructs participants on the basics of wilderness survival. This workshop will focus on the 4 Pillars of Survival – Water, Shelter, Fire & Food.
Four simple pillars demonstrate the basics of survival. Like legs on a table, each pillar is required to support your survivability. If one leg on a table is missing, the table wobbles until it fails. The same holds true for these basic pillars of survival.
Day 1 – Shelter & Water
Day 2 – Fire & Food
Program will run rain or shine. Program intended for adults and teenagers 14+. Please dress for the weather, bring a spare pair of clothes and lunch/snack.
