Homeschool students and those looking for extra enrichment opportunities, are invited to join educators from Tenafly Nature Center, Teaneck Creek Conservancy, and Flat Rock Brook as we introduce how animals adapt for the winter months! Each day, in this 3 day series, students will have the chance to explore similar and contrasting methods of survival between wild animals and humans.
Students will strengthen their knowledge and appreciation for the environment while exploring unique adaptations in small socially distanced groups. Covid-19 precautions are in effect. Group sizes are strictly limited, so reserve your space today.
This is a drop off program intended for students aged 5-12. Program takes place 100% outdoors. Students should wear appropriate outdoor gear, sturdy, closed-toe footwear, and masks. Rain, snow or shine; the program will take place outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, the program may be cancelled or rescheduled.
