Discover the natural terrain of the Lost Brook Preserve. Experience sections of the trail as you navigate over roots, rocks and streams, through Tenafly Nature Center's nearly 400 acres of wetlands and hardwood forest. All proceeds will support TNC’s mission to protect open space on and off the trails and to provide environmental education programs.

Important info regarding the on going covid-19 pandemic

All runners are required to wear a mask until their race begins. Anyone not following proper mask and social distancing protocols will be asked to leave and will not be refunded
All runners will be asked to sign a covid-19 waiver upon check-in
Start times will be staggered into heats. 10 Mile - 9:00 am & 9:20 am 5 Mile - 9:40 am & 10:00 am
Each heat will have a hard limit of 23 runners - NO EXECPTIONS.
Multiple areas will be available for warm up to allow for social distancing
The aid table located at the halfway mark will be present, and will be providing mini bottles of water
If parking lot is full please park on Hudson Ave
Due to reduced numbers of runners, it is recommended to register early

Five and ten mile race options are available. Rain or shine. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
