Kick off summer with Tenafly Nature Center’s Nature Day, an exciting outdoor event perfect for the whole family!

Join us and our friends from other education-friendly organizations for a day filled with fun and learning.

This year’s theme, "Soaring Skyward," celebrates birds, butterflies, and all things sky-related. Experience amazing raptors up close, slither over to meet a snake, or create art inspired by the beauty of nature that would make Monet jealous. Sing with the birds, glide across Pfister’s Pond in a canoe, or join a guided walk to explore the wonders of our forest. With over 250 attendees expected, it's the perfect opportunity to connect with the community, support nature education, and enjoy a day surrounded by the beauty of nature. Your participation helps Tenafly Nature Center continue building community traditions and offering educational experiences that inspire a love of the outdoors. Come celebrate the season and make unforgettable memories with us—see you there!

*Food truck vendors are required to obtain a day-of license from the Borough of Tenafly ($50). For those preparing food onsite with gas or propane (not reheating previously prepared food), an additional license is required from the Tenafly Fire Department ($54).
