Registration

a) Fall Tuesday/Thursday 2025 – $814.00
This session meets regularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 16 to December 11, with closures on Tuesday 9/23, Thursday 10/2, Thursday 11/6, and Thursday 11/27. If TNC cancels any classes, makeup dates are available on Tuesday, 12/16 and Thursday, 12/18.
b) Non-refundable deposit for Fall Tu/Th – $50.00
Non-refundable deposit to hold a space in the Fall Session. The deposit will be applied to fee for the session upon attendance. If a family elects not to attend, the fee is retained by TNC.
c) Fall Tuesday – $480.00
12 classes (September 16-December 11). No class on 9/23. If TNC cancels any classes, a makeup session is available on December 18.
d) Fall Thursday – $400.00
10 classes (September 18-December 11). No class 10/3, 11/6, or 11/27. If TNC cancels any classes, one makeup session is available on December 18.

Children 3.5 to 7 years of age have the opportunity to spend spend Tu/Th afternoons from 3:30-5:25 pm exploring the forest, developing their confidence, and laying the foundation for a lifelong appreciation of nature. We spend 95-100% of our time outdoors, enjoying the seasons no matter the weather! Forest School gives children a chance to experience place-based education, encouraging them to love the process of learning while in an outdoor setting.

TNC’s Forest School follows the Tenafly Public School district policies for vacations and weather/emergency related delays/closings. This session meets regularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 16 to December 11, with closures on Tuesday 9/23, Thursday 10/2, Thursday 11/6, and Thursday 11/27. If TNC cancels any classes, makeup dates are available on Tuesday, 12/16 and Thursday, 12/18.
