On this walk, identify trees by leaves, bark, and even scents, like birch or sassafras which can give us root beer. See rare American Chestnuts and learn which trees produce those round prickly seed pods. Discover the essential roles trees play in our ecosystem.
Program is intended for adults and families with children 5 and up.
Please dress for the weather, program is both in and outdoors. Rain or shine.
Online registration is no longer available but space is still available. Interested families are welcome to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the program start time to register and pay with cash or check.
