In a hands-on exploration of Pfister’s Pond, adults and families with children 7 and up will use dip nets, magnifiers and other tools to examine often unseen micro and macro organisms. Tadpoles, insect nymphs and fish are a sample of the diverse residents of the pond. Peer beneath the surface of this fresh water ecosystem and discover diversity, adaptations and interrelationships among a variety of animal species.
