Scout Night Hike & Campfire Programs

All scouts are welcome to step into the night and discover a world of wonder with our Night Hike & Campfire program! It's time to ditch the flashlights and let your senses guide the way. Embark on a journey through the woods, sharpen your night vision, and listen to the symphony of nature's nightlife. With room for 30 to 60 scouts, leaders, and adult chaperones, this two-hour experience is perfect for bonding and adventure around the fire.

 Children must be accompanied by an adult. In case of inclement weather, the program will be held under cover, substituting a nocturnal animal encounter for the night hike. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.

Scout families will need a code from their scout leaders. Scout leaders can get that code from the scouting coordinator by emailing Scouting@tenaflync.org. Other families and members can experience the nighttime woods and campfire at our seasonal family hike around the solstice or equinox.
