Detailed Course Description
OUTBOUND:
- The race starts and finishes to the left of the parking lot on the Main Trail at the rules sign. This will be one of the widest section of the course, and one of the few opportunities to pass another runner safely.
- First Go STRAIGHT down the Main.
- TURN RIGHT onto the Red Trail (Red Triangle Blazes).
- Continue until you see a wooden bridge on your Right
- TURN RIGHT, across the bridge onto Purple trail. (Purple Rectangle Blazes)
- Follow the Purple Trail to its end at the Allison Trail Do Not turn onto BLUE Trail.
- TURN RIGHT at the next intersection to follow Allison Trail. (Yellow Rectangle Blazes)
- At the second fork make a sharp LEFT TURN onto Little Chism Trail. (Red Rectangle Blazes)
INBOUND:
- Leaving the Aid Station, continue on the Little Chism Trail until you reach the Main Trail. (Wide Gravel Path)
- TURN LEFT onto the Main Trail. This will be one of the widest section of the course, and one of the few opportunities to pass another runner safely.
- Continue on the Main Trail until returning to the parking lot.

Important info regarding Covid-19 procedures
All runners will be asked to sign a covid-19 waiver upon check-in
Parking: Parking will be limited in the Tenafly Nature Center parking lot. There will be street parking available to all participants on Hudson Avenue and its side streets.
Aid Stations: There will be one aid station on the course, located approximately at the halfway point. It will be stocked with water and refreshments.
Bathrooms: A compost bathroom is located at the far end of our parking lot. Please make use of these facilities and DO NOT use the woods.
Race Results: Full results will be posted on the race website within two days. Please do not ask our volunteers at the timing table for individual times on race day.
